zomg
about 1000 downloads so far on Curse.com alone!
anywayz.
no new development to report of right now, but here is some info that might not be in the ReadMe file:
ZOMG my World of Warcraft is not installed in C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\ !!!
- to fix this, just open the file called WoWAddonUpdater.exe.config with Notepad and scroll to the bottom.
- look for this text:
C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns
- and change the path to what your WoW\AddOns path is.

version 1.0 released
WoW Addon Updater is now publicly available.
ok.
so i seem to be an avid World of Warcraft player.
and just like any seasoned player, i feel the need to use all of the coolest addons. But, i soon found out that my favorites were being upgraded just about everyday. i soon grew tired of this.
it came to my attention that a lot of my favorite World of Warcraft addons were being distributed in a compressed ZIP file that always had the same name. this happens with probably every addon stored @ wowace.com as well as a couple of other sites.
and so, after two or three days with Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition, i created my WoW Addon Updater (WAU).
i wanted a Simple program that would download, unzip, and install my addons.
so yea.. here it is.
it can be downloaded @ http://downloads.curse.com/details/10241/
